Chappelle’s Towing LLC opened its doors in 1981 in Vancouver, WA on 33rd and St. Johns Road. We moved to the historical Fruit Valley Road location in 1992, and after more than 40 years in business, we are operating ten trucks covering the greater Southwest Washington area. Our skilled vehicle recovery specialists use state-of-the-art equipment to provide the best towing services in the region. We guarantee 24-hour damage-free towing, and we pride ourselves on the highest level of customer service whether you reach our dispatch team or deal directly with one of our drivers.
Our key services are towing, roadside assistance, impound services, accident scene services, winching, and public auto auctions. For towing services, we use “Self Loader” boom/wheel-lift tow trucks, medium-duty flatbeds, and our motorcycle trailer. For roadside assistance, we can assist you if your engine fails, the battery dies, a tire goes flat, gas runs out, or keys get locked in your car. Chappelle’s Towing LLC is the Preferred Provider/Contractor for AAA Services. We have been honored in receiving the service provider of excellence award in 2012, 2013, 2014 & 2015 for all of the hard work we do for AAA members. Our highly experienced vehicle recovery specialists make Impounding one of our top services. We’ve made great connections with many residential and commercial property owners that use us for this specific service. Once the vehicle is impounded and stored in our secure lot, the registered owner has up to 23 days to retrieve their car. If the vehicle is not picked up within that timeframe it will be placed into our abandoned vehicle auction. Auctions are held every other Thursday at our location in Vancouver, WA.
