After your car is towed, it’s brought to our lot and the gate is locked. It stays there until you come and get it (if you don’t get it within a few weeks, we’ll start the auction process, which we can talk about later). There. That’s the mystery.
It’s 7am and people are already on our lot. They’re jiggling door handles, popping open hoods, looking up VINs and taking notes on what’s available. Without having to check the calendar, we know it’s Auction Day.
